v3.2.1: Product Builder v2 and Salesforce

This release delivers a refreshed Product Builder, a native Salesforce integration, four new integration partners, and more reliable decisioning.

New

  • Product Builder v2: The Product Studio builder has been rebuilt with a cleaner canvas and faster interactions. Existing products load without any migration, and you can create User Input variables inline without switching to Model Studio.
  • Native Salesforce integration: Connect Salesforce with OAuth, add CRM objects as entities, and map their fields to LendAPI variables per operation (GET, CREATE, UPDATE) to sync customers and loan statuses. See Integrations.
  • New integration partners: MeridianLink SubmitLoan for personal loan submission, Pinwheel for income and employment verification, Carleton for TILA disclosures and loan calculations, and Shopify for point-of-sale financing.
  • Offer selection callback: Connect a custom API to your Lender profile and LendAPI calls it whenever an applicant selects an offer. It runs asynchronously, so a slow endpoint never blocks the applicant.
  • Time-aware Derived Variables: Formulas can reference the current timestamp, enabling rules like "days since application created" or cutoff times. See Variables.

Improved

  • Booleans as checkboxes in contracts: Boolean variables now render as checkboxes in the contract preview and generated PDF. See Contracts and e-signature.
  • Decision Tree Report v2: The report moves to the new reporting surface.
  • Signing: Tighter signature validation, document generation aligned with Draw Signature and Initials, and a redesigned document table on the Agent Dashboard.
  • Built-in country variable is now available platform-wide.
  • Background reliability: Email tasks no longer hang on slow mail providers, and the 30-day withdrawal of approved-but-inactive applications runs on schedule.
  • Plaid: Updated to Plaid's newer user creation method so connections keep working after their field deprecations.

Fixed

  • Decisioning with text scores: Applications no longer fail at the decision step when credit or fraud scores arrive as text; each variable is read in its configured type. See Decision trees.
  • Sub-account tenant variables: A sub-account with no tenant variables no longer inherits the parent's set.
  • Equifax consistency: Aggregated delinquency variables now match the values in the PDF credit report.
  • Integrations: The Rutter widget handles duplicate connections gracefully, and Email OTP resend always generates a fresh code.
  • Polish across rules and outcomes, date and validation handling, offers and pricing, and templates.
