v3.2.3: Contract drafts and versioning
4 months ago by ReadMe CLI
This release is a big step forward for contracts and documents, with a faster way to build flows, smarter document uploads, and new ways to run integrations through the API.
New
- Contract drafts: Save a contract as a draft and refine it before sending; nothing is sent or locked until you're ready. Drafts show a clear "Draft" status, sent versions are locked, and reopening starts a fresh version. A searchable, filterable template picker makes large libraries easy to navigate. See Contracts and e-signature.
- Document type checks on upload: When a borrower uploads the wrong kind of document, such as a pay stub instead of a bank statement, they're told right away and can upload the correct file. See Documents.
- Run integrations via the API: List a tenant's active providers and trigger a provider call directly from the public API, attaching the result to an existing application or creating a new one. See Integrations.
- Document uploaded webhook: A new webhook event fires whenever a document is uploaded to an application.
- Sub-account reporting: Each sub-account now sees a reporting dashboard scoped to its own activity, while parent accounts still see everything.
- Banking partner integration: A new banking integration handles loan origination and disbursement, with a choice of standard or instant payout.
Improved
- Variable picker in Flow Builder: The variable picker is now a keyboard-friendly command menu with search, multi-select, and applicant-scope filters when relevant. See Flow Builder.
- Documents and contracts views: A redesigned contracts table, polished document preview, quick version history, and the ability to reject a document or request several at once.
- Inline pricing edits: Edit pricing values in place, without a separate form.
- Collapsible application sections: Agents can collapse and expand sections of long application records.
- Beneficial owner screening: Identity screening now runs automatically for every beneficial owner with more than a 25% stake.
- Multiple Rutter storefronts: Merchants with several storefronts have each shop's transaction data mapped correctly and kept distinct.
- Performance: Faster decision-tree evaluation, tuned queries and a smaller app bundle mean snappier load times.
Fixed
- Validation messages now name the exact field that needs attention.
- Notifications with multiple templates: Contract and email notifications fire reliably when multiple templates are configured.
- Polish across the product builder, model studio, and agent dashboard.
