v3.2.5: Guided tasks from decision flows

This release connects your decision flows to your team: rules can now hand work to people as guided tasks, and underwriting can be re-run as soon as new answers arrive. It also extends your branding to every sub-account and makes the application builder noticeably faster.

New

  • Guided tasks from decision flows: Add an "Assign Task" step to a decision flow and a task is created for your team exactly when its condition fires. Each task shows the data the agent needs side by side, the answer feeds straight back into your variables, and one step can create several tasks with a template preview before assigning.
  • Re-run underwriting in one click: Re-run underwriting from the application's Underwriting tab when new information arrives. Integrations set to use cached data won't re-pull, you confirm before anything changes, a failed re-run keeps your previous result, and it works in sandbox too.
  • Organization and sub-account branding: Set a default theme for your organization in the new Branding settings. Each sub-account can adjust brand colors and font on top of it, and any product can still point at a different theme.
  • Multiple co-applicants in-line: The in-line co-applicant flow now supports more than one co-borrower; applicants choose how many to add. See Multi-applicant.
  • Rutter payouts: Rutter's payout capability is available as a connected data provider you can call like any other integration.

Improved

  • Faster application builder: Pages that sometimes took several seconds to assemble now load dramatically faster thanks to smarter caching.
  • Create-application response: Creating an application through the API now returns the customer identifier immediately, simplifying follow-up calls.
  • SMS to multiple recipients: SMS messages can now be sent to more than one recipient.
  • Workflow canvas stability: Smoother connection lines, no unexpected crashes, and flow definitions save exactly what you built.
  • Security: Custom endpoint connections are now restricted to secure, public HTTPS destinations, and a critical web-server security patch was applied shortly after disclosure.

Fixed

  • Credit pulls and document search: TransUnion credit pulls are more reliable, and searching documents by ID works as expected.
  • Shared applicant emails: Applicants working with separate organizations on the platform can now use the same email address with each.
  • Polish: Many smaller fixes across Product Studio, the Agent Dashboard and mobile, including a clearer "Show Progress Bar" setting and full variable names on hover.
