Email and SMS now share one Communications panel, notifications arrive in real time, contracts gain one-click download and signed-contract upload, and application flows can pause for your team mid-application.

New

  • Communications panel: Email and SMS share a single thread list on the application detail page, with SMS pinned at the top and unread threads in bold. Compose with attachments, filter to unread, and open a thread at the first unread message. Borrower email replies now flow back into the thread. Separate send and view-only permissions let reviewers read without replying. See Email and SMS Templates.
  • Upload a signed contract: Record a contract signed outside the platform and have it count as a real completion, triggering the same stage change, webhook and notification. Uploading also cancels any pending signature request. Contracts show "Signed" or "Uploaded" so the record reflects what happened. See Contracts and E-Signature.
  • One-click contract download: Download a generated contract right where you're working.
  • Agent pages: Application pages now have a role of Regular, Agent or Review. When a borrower reaches an Agent page, their flow pauses until your team submits it, then the borrower is notified and continues. See Product Studio.
  • New integrations: A HubSpot CRM connector, Equifax Document Verification, Plaid identity verification configurable in Product Studio, two new lender integrations, and a document-AI variable for NSF counts per bank statement. See Integrations.
  • Withdrawal webhook event: A new event fires when an application is withdrawn. See Webhooks.

  • Real-time notifications: The notification bell updates within seconds for assignments, document uploads, borrower messages and mentions, without a page refresh. See In-App Notifications.
  • Easier dark mode: Borders, helper text, placeholders, focus states and widget text are derived automatically from your theme.
  • Faster platform: Application pages build faster, derived variables evaluate quicker, and navigation no longer flickers.
  • Auditor access: Auditors have full read-only visibility into contracts.

Fixed

  • Integrations that run at the end of a step now wait until a review decision is complete before firing.
  • Generated documents render percentage values correctly.
  • Browser autofill no longer leaves application form fields looking empty.
