v3.2.9: Two-way webhooks in Flow Builder
24 days ago by Sarthak Tandon
This release brings two-way webhooks to Flow Builder, a smoother handoff when an application pauses for your team, and new contract and validation tools.
New
- Send webhook step: Push data from a flow to any external system. Choose the destination and the variables to include, and the flow continues immediately without waiting for a reply. See Flow Builder.
- Wait for webhook step: Pause a flow until an outside system calls back on a unique callback link. The response data comes straight into your flow, which picks up where it left off. Set a maximum wait time, and if nothing arrives the flow takes a separate path instead of hanging.
- Condition step: Branch a flow on your own criteria. The step evaluates one or more conditions and routes the workflow to the matching branch.
- Contract preview: Agents can see exactly how a PDF or HTML contract will look before generating a version. See Contracts and E-Signature.
- Page numbering in contracts: Contracts can include "Page X of Y" for anything printed, mailed or filed.
- Agent document upload: Your team can add documents to an application directly. See Documents.
- Conditional validation: Variable validation rules can now depend on what the applicant has already entered, so forms show fewer irrelevant errors. See Variables.
Improved
- Agent page handoff: When an application reaches a page your team fills in, you can choose exactly where the applicant waits. Once your team finishes, the applicant is routed back into the flow automatically. See Product Studio.
- Consistent permissions: What each role can see and do now lines up consistently across screens, tightening view-only access where it allowed too much and restoring access where it was blocked unnecessarily. See Roles and Permissions.
Fixed
- Dialogs stay open when something goes wrong instead of discarding what you typed.
- Removed a confusing access error on idle logout.
- Placeholder text stays readable across more background colours, and the Communications tab unread indicator behaves properly.
- Tradeline and tier information from credit data is now published reliably on every pull.
