v3.3.0: Branches for multi-location lenders

This release introduces Branches, a way to run your lending operation across multiple physical locations, each with its own team and its own view of the work. It also adds pinned fields, finer-grained permissions and more reliable passcodes.

New

  • Branches: Set up each of your locations as a branch with its own staff, applications and slice of reporting, while you keep the complete picture across all of them. Branches is off until you turn it on, can be enabled one sub-account at a time, and can be deactivated whenever you need. See Sub-tenants.
  • Branch Associate and Branch Manager roles: Associates get a focused workspace showing only the agent dashboard and the applications they're responsible for. Managers see everything in their branch and can add and manage their own associates. Within the applications they can reach, branch staff have full control, and they sign in on the normal login page with your existing two-factor settings. See Roles and Permissions.
  • Automatic branch attribution: Give each branch its own application link and applicants are attributed to that location. Applications created by branch staff are tagged to their branch, and admins can choose a branch when creating one. Branch appears as a column and filter on the applications list, in CSV exports and activity history, and in email templates, contracts, webhooks and the API.
  • Pinned fields: Pin the fields you check most often so they sit at the top of the application, visible the moment you open it.

Improved

  • Finer permission control: Custom roles now cascade to sub-accounts, with per-module access for sub-account users. Task actions such as creating, editing and reassigning are individually controllable, and report access is now separate so you can grant reporting on its own.
  • More reliable passcodes: All accounts now send mobile one-time passcodes over our registered carrier route, so codes arrive more consistently.
  • Clear filters: A quick "Clear filters" button now sits next to the filter control.

Fixed

  • Applications moved automatically in the background now land on the correct stage instead of showing as "Processing".
  • Collateral tab notes save properly, invitation emails reach users added to new sub-accounts, and dashboard filters reset when you switch between production and sandbox.
  • Resolved several errors in the product builder and application API, and tidied spacing, tooltips and read-only styling across the dashboard.

Action needed

Branches is off by default. To use it, enable it for each sub-account that needs it, then create your branches to send invites to their managers.
