Documents and contracts

https://app.lendapi.com/api/v1/app//agent/documents/

Requested documents with their review status and document-AI output, plus contract signing status.

  • status is one of Waiting for upload (1), Waiting for review (2), Approve (3), Decline (4) or Unknown; status_id is the number (or null).
  • doc_ai_task_status / doc_ai_task_response come from Ocrolus when it processed the document, otherwise DocAI, otherwise null. The response has personal data removed.
  • contracts are newest first; contract_name falls back to Contract, and signed is true once a signed file exists.
