Add a manual offer

Adds an offer by hand and makes it the selected offer. Live keys only: a key without live_ gets a 400.

  • Missing fields default to name Manual Offer, lender_name Arc AI, and 0 for loan_amount, apr, term and monthly_payment. Any other keys in offer_data are stored as sent.
  • updated_at (tenant time, MM/DD/YY hh:mm AM) and updated_by (Arc AI) are set for you.
  • The response's offer_data has personal data removed, so name (and any other PII-named key) is stored but not returned.
  • total_manual_offers is the number of manual offers now on the application.
