One call with what a reviewer needs to decide: your active outcomes, the actions available, and the application's signals (stage and review flags, provider scores, decision outcomes, document counts and all PII-stripped variables).

• outcomes lists all of your tenant's active outcomes, ordered by action then name. Use an id from here as outcome_id on Take an underwriting action.
• available_actions is a fixed list and is the same for every application.
• signals.provider_scores only includes provider results with a non-zero score.
• signals.key_variables holds every computed variable left after PII removal (not a curated subset).
• Non-finite numbers are returned as null.
